Equal Pay Day is a symbolic day to raise awareness about gender inequality in wages. These days vary throughout the year for different ethnicities, but the actual Equal Pay Day is in March. I created a campaign focusing on the most impacted ethnicities. It was one of the most widely used social media campaign by Assemblymembers of the California State Assembly.
